Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Products purchased from Proton Dynamics LLP may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Products must not have been activated or configured on any platform
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, activated, or used
- Custom or specially configured products
- Products with damaged packaging or missing components
- Software licenses or subscription services
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the product securely in its original packaging
- Provide tracking information for the return shipment
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or videos demonstrating the defect
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Return shipping for defective products will be covered by us
6. Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos before opening the package
- Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for potential carrier claims
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange replacement
7. Exchanges
Product exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
8. Warranty Claims
For products within the warranty period, please refer to the warranty terms provided with your product. Warranty claims are separate from the return policy and may have different procedures.
